We will go over the next steps together with an included 60 minute Follow Up Nutrition Consultation. I recommend booking this follow-up within 2 weeks of the breakthrough session.

What's Included?

1 x 60min breakthrough session   

Followed by

1 x 60min Follow Up Consultation (to be taken up within 1 month)  

Followed by

  • Dietary analysis & Supplementation guidance– I will work with you and analyse your current diet and provide tailored recommendations, including the uses of supplements if necessary.  
  • Personalised dietary recommendations – following an energy audit, your plan will be based on your body's unique physiological needs.  
  • Nutritional habit & behaviour assessment – I will review your eating habits and behaviours to identify areas to improve.
  • Flexible tracking options – Choose between macro-based nutrition tracking or macro-free approach using photo food journaling.  
  • Resource kit: A digital copy of healthy recipes, educational material and helpful guides

Price: £300 - Additional add on sessions may be recommended and can be arranged on a case by case basis. 

Sessions can be in person or online via video call, at flexible times to fit in around your other commitments.
