This coaching is tailored to your lifestyle and goals, and may include support to help you:

Momentum Plan Schedule

A 3-month Plan allows us the time to develop lasting habits and get the nutritional foundations in place to build upon. This gives you a highly focused experience with support and guidance.  

Please note: all sessions must be taken within 3 months of the first session and will not be refunded if unused.

What's included?  

1 x 60min breakthrough session

Followed by  

3 x 60 mins weekly nutrition coaching sessions to get you started with building new habits

Followed by  

  • 4 x 60min fortnightly sessions as your confidence and autonomy develop.
  • Dietary analysis & supplementation guidance – I will work with you and analyse your current diet and provide tailored recommendations, including the use of supplements if necessary.  
  • Personalised dietary recommendations – following an energy audit, your plan will be based on your body's unique physiological needs.  
  • Nutritional habit & behaviour assessment – I will review your eating habits and behaviours to identify areas to improve.
  • Flexible tracking options – Choose between macro-based nutrition tracking or macro-free approach using photo food journaling.  
  • Progress monitoring and accountability – Monthly/Bimonthly review of anthropometric data, and markers to help monitor progress.
  • Resource kit - A digital copy of healthy recipes, educational material and helpful guides.

Price: £550 (or 3 x monthly instalments: £200, £200, £150)

Sliding Price Scale: We offer a sliding price scale based off the Average Median (AMI) UK income of £37,430 annually.  
70% and above of AMI = Full Price 
45%-70% of AMI = 20% off 
Under 45% = 40% off 

Sessions can be in person or online via video call, at flexible times to fit in and around your other commitments.
