Nutritional coaching does not just revolve round physical health and wellbeing. Working with clients to change their mindset is also a huge part of the role, helping them to develop an alternate view of themselves by combatting poor relationships with food, poor body image and low self-esteem. This is why it is important to educate clients about flexibility and sustainability, providing them with the tools to make healthy choices, without being restrictive and still being able to enjoy themselves.
